About Tax & VAT Associates

Tax & VAT Associates is a Dhaka-based practice providing income tax, VAT, accounting, RJSC corporate compliance, licensing, intellectual property and foreign investment services to clients across Bangladesh. We work with salaried individuals, professionals, online entrepreneurs, SMEs, larger companies, NGOs and foreign investors setting up in Bangladesh.

Our work is grounded in the laws and authorities that actually govern our clients: the Income Tax Act 2023 and the National Board of Revenue; the VAT and Supplementary Duty Act 2012 and VAT Rules 2016; the Companies Act 1994 and the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms; BIDA, BEZA and BEPZA for investment; the Department of Patents, Designs and Trademarks; BSTI; and Bangladesh Bank's foreign exchange regulations.

What we believe
